Service Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: April 20, 2026 | Chapel Hill, North Carolina
By submitting your $100.00 down payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Section 1: Overview
Chris Crystal Clean Powerwashing provides professional pressure washing services including house washing, driveway cleaning, sidewalks, patios, decks, fences, and additional surfaces. These terms govern all services performed by Chris Crystal Clean Powerwashing and establish the rights and responsibilities of both the service provider and the customer.
Section 2: Down Payment & Acceptance
A non-refundable down payment of $100.00 is required to schedule service.
Submitting this payment confirms your acceptance of all terms outlined in this document.
The down payment will be applied toward the total cost of services rendered.
No separate signature is required — payment serves as your binding agreement.
Section 3: Pricing
Services are billed at a rate of $0.12 per square foot.
Total cost = $100.00 down payment + remaining balance calculated at $0.12/sq ft for all surfaces serviced.
The provider will assess and communicate estimated square footage and total cost prior to beginning work.

Section 4: Payment Terms
The remaining balance is due upon completion of services on the same day.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Check, Zelle, or Venmo.
A late fee of $25.00 will be applied to any balance not paid within 7 days of service completion.
Section 5: Scope of Work
Services include but are not limited to:
House exterior washing
Driveway cleaning
Sidewalk cleaning
Patio cleaning
Deck washing
Fence cleaning
Other surfaces as agreed upon
Any additional surfaces or services beyond the original scope will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins, with adjusted pricing communicated in advance.
Section 6: Water Supply
The customer is expected to provide access to a working outdoor water spigot with adequate pressure for powerwashing operations.
❗ Important
If water access is unavailable, water pressure is inadequate, or the customer refuses to provide water access, an additional flat fee of $50.00 will be applied to the final balance to cover the cost of transporting and supplying water.
Section 7: Scheduling & Access
Service dates and times will be mutually agreed upon.
Chris Crystal Clean Powerwashing reserves the right to reschedule due to inclement weather or unsafe working conditions at no additional charge.
The customer must ensure clear access to all surfaces to be serviced.
Section 8: Cancellation Policy

Section 9: Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a safe and effective service, the customer agrees to the following:
Close all windows and doors prior to service.
Remove or secure fragile items, decorations, and personal belongings near work areas.
Secure all pets during service.
Disclose any known property damage, fragile surfaces, or areas of concern before work begins.
Provide access to a working outdoor water source (see Section 6).
Section 10: Liability & Disclaimer
Chris Crystal Clean Powerwashing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, or conditions not disclosed prior to service.
Some stains, discoloration, or biological growth may not be fully removable. Results may vary depending on surface condition and material.
Chris Crystal Clean Powerwashing carries general liability insurance.
Section 11: Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the results, notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address your concerns at no additional charge.
Section 12: Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the services provided shall be resolved in accordance with North Carolina state law.
